Integrated Communication

  • Acknowledgements — donors are emailed immediately following credit card transactions
  • Donation History — donations are tracked online through the donation portal for easy user access
  • Itemized Tax Receipts — receipts are emailed once a year, but can be accessed online at any time
  • "In Memory" and "In Honor" Emails — emails sent at donor's discretion and include customizable messaging

Secure

Givalike uses Authorize.net & RapidSSL for securing online transactions and all credit card information is processed using 128 bit encryption. This means that every transaction is guaranteed secure.

Nonprofit Reporting

Givalike sends nonprofits regular reports providing all information needed to track your donations. If desired, you can also receive real-time donation notifications via email. All reports can be exported in Excel format.

Salesforce Integration

Givalike seamlessly integrates with Salesforce to allow donors & donations to be automatically entered without the need for manual data entry. Givalike’s Salesforce integration supports all contact information, campaigns, and custom fields.

Website Integration

Givalike is designed to play nicely — we offer a variety of tools that allow you to easily integrate Givalike into your website. Pass information, such as donation amounts & tracking codes via a querystring. Other options include iFrames, our API, and full integration with your own authentication system. Your users can easily store their credit card information and repeatedly donate without needing a separate login and password.

Fees

Nonprofit partners are charged a low processing fee of 5% + $0.50. This includes all credit card processing and overhead costs.
